Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing standards for ensuring effective relation with customer and design relationship processes
- Implementing sales plans by developing sales and business development’s action plans
- Supporting to improve the performance of sales through attracting new sales leads
- Attracting retail / institutional customers by offering the investment products
- Creating and keeping relationship with the potential/existing customers and develop customers’ loyalty plans
- Developing and implementing standards for ensuring customer satisfaction and assist with customer satisfaction survey
- Doing the tasks based on CRM structure and documenting all the tasks
Requirements
- B.S/ M.S in MBA, Management Fields
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Familiarity with marketing and sales of investment products
- Expert in Office tools
- Fluency in English
