Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing standards for ensuring effective relation with customer and design relationship processes
  • Implementing sales plans by developing sales and business development’s action plans
  • Supporting to improve the performance of sales through attracting new sales leads
  • Attracting retail / institutional customers by offering the investment products
  • Creating and keeping relationship with the potential/existing customers and develop customers’ loyalty plans
  • Developing and implementing standards for ensuring customer satisfaction and assist with customer satisfaction survey
  • Doing the tasks based on CRM structure and documenting all the tasks

Requirements

  • B.S/ M.S in MBA, Management Fields
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales of investment products
  • Expert in Office tools
  • Fluency in English
