Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with sales specialists to identify and qualify leads, providing guidance and expertise in lead generation.
  • Attending client meetings alongside sales specialists, ensuring a professional and efficient sales process.
  • Leading negotiations and discussions with institutional clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Offering creative and customized solutions to clients during meetings and in proposal development.
  • Demonstrating a high capability to close deals effectively and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Assisting the sales manager in the development and execution of sales strategies in alignment with our company's objectives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or MBA
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in capital market and sales
  • Proficiency in negotiation and deal closure.
  • Follow-up personality.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, data, and sales metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Fluency in English
