Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborating with sales specialists to identify and qualify leads, providing guidance and expertise in lead generation.
- Attending client meetings alongside sales specialists, ensuring a professional and efficient sales process.
- Leading negotiations and discussions with institutional clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Offering creative and customized solutions to clients during meetings and in proposal development.
- Demonstrating a high capability to close deals effectively and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Assisting the sales manager in the development and execution of sales strategies in alignment with our company's objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or MBA
- At least 4-5 years of experience in capital market and sales
- Proficiency in negotiation and deal closure.
- Follow-up personality.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, data, and sales metrics for informed decision-making.
- Excellent time management skills
- Fluency in English
